During a meeting with Canadian business representatives in Toronto, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal called on entrepreneurs to invest in Ukraine and participate in its recovery.
"We are negotiating military risk insurance with export credit agencies of various countries. We expect the Canadian government also to offer its effective business tools to stimulate investment in Ukraine," he wrote on Wednesday morning in the Telegram channel.

Shmyhal clarified that there are prospects for implementing profitable projects in the agricultural sector, military industry, IT, and energy. "In particular, we plan to build new nuclear power units, and Canadian companies can play a key role here," the head of government emphasized.
He also noted that during the visit, Energoatom agreed with the Canadian company SAMESO, which became the final stage of the program's implementation for the use of Ukrainian uranium in the production of nuclear fuel for the nuclear power plants of Ukraine.
"Canadian entrepreneurs are interested in investing in Ukraine. Our companies already cooperate with Canadian partners and are ready to deepen cooperation," the Prime Minister summarized.
