During today's mass rocket attack, the main targets of the Russian occupiers once again were the energy infrastructure objects of Ukraine. In particular, the Russian forces targeted the energy sector in three regions, and fires and damaged equipment at thermal power plants (TPPs) have been reported, as well as injuries.

According to the Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko, tonight the Russians struck rockets at Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Specifically, targets were attacked in three regions, namely:

Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv regions. Damage and injuries "There is equipment damage. At one of the facilities, the shift supervisor was injured - the energy worker suffered a concussion," said the Minister of Energy.

He added that the consequences of the Russian massive attack are being clarified. Work is also underway to eliminate them.

Fires at energy facilities in Dnipropetrovsk region

As reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Serhiy Lysak, the region experienced another massive attack, and energy facilities in the region were damaged due to enemy shelling, resulting in several fires.

He specified that the objects affected were in Dniprovsky and Kryvyi Rih districts.

In addition, a 39-year-old man was injured. The head of the regional administration noted that he was hospitalized in moderate condition.

There were also water supply disruptions in Kryvyi Rih district.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, 13 missiles were destroyed in the region by air defense forces and means.

Four TPPs attacked

According to a morning statement by DTEK, on the night of April 27, Russian occupiers attacked four thermal power plants of this company. It is reported that equipment was seriously damaged as a result of the strikes.

As reported by the company, there are known casualties.

"The equipment of the enterprises has been seriously damaged. At this moment, energy workers are trying to eliminate the consequences of the attack," DTEK reported.

The company also added that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, DTEK's thermal power plants have been shelled over 170 times.

Fire in Ivano-Frankivsk region

The Russians attacked a critical infrastructure object in Ivano-Frankivsk region. A fire broke out there, which has already been extinguished.

As reported by the local authorities, there were no casualties.
