This was announced by Andriy Chernyak, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in a commentary to t-online.
According to him, the draft decree states that this time mobilization will also take place in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
"The Russian armed forces will get men who are now working both in the social spheres and in industries that bring profit to the Russian economy," the intelligence official said.
