Military defeats strengthen the terrorist country's attempts to negotiate with the Ukrainian authorities. Vadym Skibitsky, the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with t-online.
"Our activities in all directions have one goal: the complete reconquest of all regions occupied by Russia.
At the end of February, our main forces were in the east of Ukraine. The main battlefield was Donbas, not the south. Then there was Minsk I and Minsk II, and the negotiations turned to solve the issue of the temporarily occupied Donbas. The result was a new war. Therefore, our goal today is different: first we liberate all occupied territories, then we conduct negotiations.
In Russia, people are beginning to understand what is happening. After the invasion of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, a decade passed before its collapse. Putin has fewer resources, less power, and fewer friends. The change of power may take place earlier," said the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Ukraine.
