In the so-called "TMR" men are campaigning to sign a contract with the RF Armed Forces.

On the territory of the so-called "Transnistrian Moldavian Republic," there is a wide agitation for conscription under the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Recruitment announcements are published in all media, distributed through mailboxes, and placed in public places. Contract military service is offered first when applying to men's employment centers.

Meetings are held at industrial and agricultural enterprises, where representatives of pre-military selection points agitate under contract. For the same purpose, there is undisguised pressure on conscripts.

Also, the Tiraspol District Election Commission launched a call-up for military service of citizens who graduated from the military department of universities and were enlisted in the reserve with the rank of officer.
