The representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitsky, stated this on the air of a nationwide telethon, informing the public about the mobilization measures actively carried out by the aggressor country.

"At the same time, different approaches are used: so-called volunteer battalions, and reserve battalions, battalions of the so-called "Combat Army Reserve of the Country", which they are currently recruiting in each military district to replenish losses, increase their efforts, and to increase the number of the very group that can be used against our state," said Vadym Skibitsky.

According to the representative of the HUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, today, Russia has significant problems in equipping the armed forces.

"Time is running out; they did not receive a blitzkrieg. Will the mobilization of more people in the Russian Federation help? Probably not, after all. Because the morale of military personnel, as they conduct combat operations, decreases, firstly. Secondly, fewer and fewer are willing to enter the ranks of the Russian Federation voluntarily. In addition, panic began among the population of large cities because no one wants to go to serve in the armed forces, and to go to war," concluded the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
