The Russian missile blitzkrieg has failed, but the invaders will continue to strike - they still have a lot of outdated missile weapons. Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, stated this on the telethon air.
Andriy Yusov recalled that after the failure of the first blitzkrieg - an attempt to seize Ukraine in three days, the Russians decided to use terrorist attacks and, through a "missile blitzkrieg", to disable the Ukrainian energy system quickly, break public resistance, and cause a new wave of refugees.
"But Putin's missile blitzkrieg failed - in principle, like all his other strategic plans. Ukrainian society rallied even more, despite the huge losses - despite deliberate hits on civilian objects, houses, and residential apartment buildings. The Ukrainian resistance has not broken," said the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The missile blitzkrieg has already lost its meaning because the Ukrainian energy system survived, despite huge losses. The number of high-precision missile weapons in the terrorist country is rapidly decreasing, and it is impossible to replenish the reserves adequately. Therefore the number, intensity and breaks between the attacks have changed, added the representative of the military intelligence of Ukraine.
