Russians send SMS messages to residents of the Kherson region's temporarily occupied districts, who use Russian operators' mobile communication services. They report on the alleged intention of the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to carry out a massive artillery bombardment of civilian infrastructure. Therefore, there is a call to evacuate to the left bank. People are also warned about the introduction of a curfew during the day.

There is a high probability of provocative shelling of residential areas in the coming days to accuse the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The curfew is expected to be extended for the covert deployment of new forces to the right bank.

For three days, mixed convoys of military equipment of the Soviet Union from the Kozatsky Military District in the direction of the village of Tsukuri (from the right to the left bank of the Dnieper) pass through the Kakhovskaya HPP. Most cars are awning trucks and civilian cars packed with looted property. It is noted that in addition to household appliances, the occupiers massively export plastic glass units for windows.

There is mass looting in the settlements of the right bank. In particular, in the Berislav district, the occupiers are methodically looting private homes, shops, and warehouses. The property of the Beryslav substation of the district power grid (machines, equipment, devices, repair materials) was completely looted.

At the Lyubimivka railway station, the military forces of the Russian Federation seize almost all available motor vehicles: buses, cars, trucks. Local service stations and car parks were completely looted.

Reconnaissance of the area is being carried out along the mouth of the Dnieper. All documentation was removed from the local councils of settlements located along the Dnipro River. Occupiers' command posts have been set up in the premises themselves.

In the villages of Olhivka and Tokarivka, the occupiers blew up the mobile phone towers of Ukrainian operators.
