The Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has signed a series of contracts with Ukrainian enterprises for the purchase of defense goods.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine's Telegram channel.

The contracts were signed during the working trip of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, to the Khmelnytskyi region.

Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Dmytro Klymenkov, referred to these contracts as strengthening the country's security. According to him, the Ministry of Defense will continue to prioritize support for domestic arms manufacturers.

"70% of the total value of all contracts concluded by the Defense Procurement Agency in 2024 is accounted for by domestic arms manufacturers, ammunition, and military equipment. For some areas, such as UAVs, we have allocated almost 100% of the funds for contracting with them," emphasized Marina Bezrukova, Director of the "Defense Procurement Agency."
