On the night of June 27 (starting at 8:30 p.m. on June 26), the Russian forces launched 371 aerial attack weapons:

  • 363 strike UAVs, including Shahed drones and various decoy drones, from directions including Kursk, Shatalovo, Oryol, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (over 200 of them were Shaheds)
  • 2 Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from the Ryazan region, Russia
  • 6 Kalibr cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea

The main target of the attack was the city of Starokostiantyniv in Khmelnytskyi region.

The air assault was repelled by Ukrainian Defense Forces using aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare systems, drone units, and mobile fire groups.

As of 9:30 a.m., preliminary data indicates that Ukrainian air defense neutralized 365 aerial targets:

  • 217 destroyed by direct fire
  • 148 suppressed or lost due to electronic warfare

Specifically:

  • 211 Shahed-type and other drones were shot down; 148 were lost due to jamming or signal suppression
  • 6 Kalibr cruise missiles were shot down

There were confirmed direct impacts of Russian air assets in three locations, and debris from downed targets fell in eight more locations.
