The volume of exports of grains and leguminous crops from Ukraine in 2022/23 MY as of March 29 amounted to 37.4 million tons, 17% less than last season.
This is evidenced by the State Customs Service data published by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
Thus, almost 12.8 million tons of wheat have been shipped since the beginning of the season, which is 31% less than last year's volume.
Barley deliveries to foreign markets amounted to 2.3 million tons (-60%).
Also, 17.4 thousand tons of rye were exported, significantly less than last year's 161.9 thousand tons.
More than 22 million tons of corn were exported, which is 8% more than shipments on the same date last season.
The export of flour from Ukraine in 2022/23 MY amounted to 114.2 thousand tons, which is 67% higher than the indicator of the previous season on the same date (68.4 thousand tons).
