Based on the Russian military unit "Espanyola," operating in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region in Ukraine, the Russian forces are forming a new private military company (PMC) resembling the "Wagner" group. This is being done by the ruling party "United Russia."

The information comes from the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov.

"We see that they are indeed placing their new units and training bases closer to the Azov coast and Molochnyi Liman. They are transferring live forces, 'cannon fodder,' and ammunition there," the mayor stated during a national telethon.

According to Fedorov, in recent days, there have been observations of a significant number of fuel trucks and trucks moving from the occupied Berdiansk towards the Azov Sea coast. The adversary believes that it will be safer for them there, making it more challenging for the Ukrainian Defense Forces to strike them.

"In reality, new units are arriving in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. For example, the enemy party 'United Russia' took control of the 'Espanyola' unit, which they are transforming today into a new private military company, similar to 'Wagner,'" Fedorov explained.

Fedorov also noted that this terrorist group is now under the Kremlin's patronage, having previously been created by radical football fans in the militant battalion "Vostok."

Currently, Moscow is actively recruiting for such PMC, including among the residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
