The ferry line Orlivka-Isaccea on the Danube has increased the number of daily flights in the schedule, reducing the waiting time for the transport of vehicles and passengers by half.

This is stated in the message "Ferry complex Orlivka" on the Facebook page.

Ferry complex Orlivka (Ukraine), together with Navr Bak (Romania), starting this week, increased the number of ferry trips on the international ferry line Orlivka UA - Isaccea RO, in connection with which the waiting time was reduced from three to one and a half hours,” the statement said.

Departures from Orlovka will take place at 00:00, 01:30, 03:00, 04:30, 06:00, 07:30, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 18:00, 19:30, 21:00 and 22:30.

For reference: the Orlivka-Isaccea crossing provides the direct and shortest route from Ukraine to the countries of Southern Europe and Turkey. The distance from the Orlivka ferry complex to the Romanian Isaccea terminal is 900 m, the crossing time is 7-8 minutes. Thanks to the ferry, the path (between states) was reduced by 200 km, and the time of clearance (of cargo) by 10-12 hours. For 10 hours, the crossing can serve from 1000 to 1200 vehicles.
