The new payment application for Android should replace its predecessor Google Pay.
Google has completed the deployment of the new payment application Google Wallet in 39 countries of the world, in particular in Ukraine. The Verge reports this. The program improves and expands the functions of Google Pay. In particular, it allows you to manage not only bank cards, but also many other digital documents of the owner. For example, travel tickets and various cultural events, boarding passes, loyalty cards, vaccination certificates, etc.
Google Wallet is synchronized with other Google products, allowing you to receive notifications about scheduled events and possible changes using Google Calendar and Google Assistant.
The Google Wallet app is available for Android phones. Users with automatic updates enabled will already have Google Pay automatically updated to Google Wallet. Others need to update the app from Google Play manually.
