IMF mission begins work to prepare for the review of Program Monitoring for Ukraine

Today, on February 13, the IMF mission starts policy discussions with representatives of Ukraine in order to prepare for the review of Program Monitoring with Board Involvement (PMB).

Representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine are participating in the discussion from Ukraine. The meetings take place in Warsaw, Poland.

The four-month Program Monitoring, which is based on a macroframework agreed with the IMF, will outline the fiscal and monetary policies of the Government of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine to maintain economic stability.
