In Kharkiv, the number of people injured as a result of the Russian airstrike on May 27 has increased to 13.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Synehubov.
"In Kharkiv, as a result of the UMDB DT-30 bomb strike, a private enterprise building, a car, an art college building, and shops were damaged. One woman was killed. 13 people were injured," Synehubov noted.
In the Izium district, in the village of Borova, houses and two farm buildings were damaged as a result of shelling. One man was injured.
In the village of Zemlianky in the Chuhuiv district, two men were injured as a result of a drone attack.
In Lyptsi, Kharkiv district, five apartment buildings were destroyed and damaged by a GAB strike.
In the village of Martove, Chuhuiv district, four houses were damaged. One woman was injured.
In the village of Novoosynove, Kupiansk district, a house and a farm building caught fire due to shelling.
According to the head of the regional administration, there have been 10 combat engagements in the Kharkiv direction since the beginning of the day. Six Russian attacks were repelled in the areas of Lyptsi, Starytsia, and Vovchansk.
Fighting continues near Starytsia and Tykhe. The situation is under control.
In the Kupyansk direction, seven Russian attacks were repelled in the areas of Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Hrekivka, and Nevske. In one area, the enemy has had partial success. Additionally, two battles are ongoing near Miasozharivka. The defense forces are taking measures to stabilize the situation and prevent the Russians from advancing.
From the Chuhuiv, Kharkiv, and Bohodukhiv districts, 11,199 people have been evacuated, Synehubov emphasized.
