In the occupied territory of Luhansk region, children returning from summer camps in the Russian Federation are subjected to "individual talks" with representatives of Russian special services.

The head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Artem Lysogor, reported this on Telegram.

"In addition, their mobile phones are thoroughly checked. The teenagers have had almost no internet access for over a year. Collaborators suspect that when leaving the city, these children may maintain contacts with peers who were evacuated and get news from sources not tainted by Russian propaganda," Lysogor noted.

The occupiers are also concerned that children might report on the recent events in Severodonetsk. In case of suspicion, the aggressors summon parents for such "talks."

"At School No. 14 in Lysychansk, during the day, there is a headquarters of a pro-government party, where civilians are observed to gather. However, at night, the premises serve as a shelter for Russian military personnel, who use the local population as a cover," Lysogor added.

In Luhansk region, Russian occupiers are checking the phones of local residents for any dialogues with friends and relatives from the territories under Ukrainian control.
