In Ukraine, 3,798 educational institutions have been affected by Russian bombings and shelling, with 365 completely destroyed. This was reported by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmytro Lubinets, on Telegram.

Lubinets noted that many educational institutions have managed to start classes thanks to the relentless efforts of our defenders.

"Due to Russian aggression, 3,798 educational institutions have suffered from bombings and shelling. Of these, 365 have been completely destroyed," the ombudsman informed.

He added that the aggressor nation deliberately targets educational institutions: kindergartens, schools, and universities.

"While students around the world are receiving education, Ukrainian children are forced to hear the sound of alarms and the roar of rockets, studying in shelters and remotely," emphasized Lubinets.

The ombudsman also pointed out that this morning, on the day when students go to schools and universities, the enemy carried out a massive attack on Ukraine.

"How long will the world continue to ignore this? How long will Russian criminal terror continue to violate children's right to education? We must stop the enemy!" the commissioner stressed.
