Angels for Ukraine brings together Ukrainian and international investors to support promising entrepreneurs.
In Ukraine, the Angels for Ukraine investment fund has been launched, dedicated to supporting startups led by Ukrainian founders. This was reported by its co-founder Olena Kleiner to dev.ua.
The initiative aims to provide vital support to startups at the pre-seed and seed stages, facilitating their success both locally and globally. The declared investment amount in startups ranges from 50,000 euros to 500,000 euros.
Angels for Ukraine unites Ukrainian and international investors to support promising entrepreneurs seeking to expand their businesses beyond the country's borders.
Heading Angels for Ukraine alongside a Ukrainian is Rui Falcão, an experienced angel investor with over 15 years of experience. He will oversee quality control and process supervision. Olena Kleiner, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and business consultant, will be responsible for daily operations and scouting for promising startups.
On July 5 of this year, an investment committee meeting will be held to select startups for funding. Angel investors are invited to participate in the committee. Startups can apply to participate via this link.
Angels for Ukraine operates under the global brand of active business angels, COREangels. Its participants invest through local portfolio funds in selected startups.
