Since the beginning of August 21, there have been three combat engagements in the area around the settlement of Vovchansk on the Kharkiv front.

The situation on the Kharkiv front remains tense, with the Russians conducting active assault operations in an attempt to improve their tactical position.

In the area of the settlement of Hlyboke, the Russian forces has reorganized the personnel of the assault groups from the 11th Tank Regiment of the 18th Motorized Rifle Division and is conducting evacuation of losses. There is a noted shortage of food supplies at the forward positions.

Near Lukyantsi, the Russian forces are moving personnel of the assault groups from the 7th Separate Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 11th Army Corps to forward positions and are carrying out logistical support measures. Mortar crews in this area have been reinforced. There are continued instances of Russian personnel refusing to carry out combat and special missions.

Near Starytsia, Buhruvatka, and Ohirtsove, the Russian forces are replacing combat shifts, conducting engineering and camouflage work on their positions.

In Vovchansk, the Russian forces has intensified aerial reconnaissance of movement routes and is preparing for assault actions. They have restricted the movement of personnel between positions during the night.

During the previous day, there were 11 combat engagements. The Russian forces also carried out 1 airstrike using one GAB, in addition to 52 drone strikes and 357 artillery shellings of Ukrainian Defense Forces positions.
