Rivne region continues to attract foreign investors — this time, it concerns the Italian company Novello srl, known for manufacturing modular eco-houses.
During a second in-person meeting with the company’s CEO, Moreno Novello, the parties discussed key aspects of the planned production in Rivne region: safety, human capital development, and the use of natural resources.
As a result of the talks, the sides signed a memorandum of cooperation. The Rivne Regional State Administration expressed its readiness to provide full support to the Italian investors for the implementation of the project.
Novello srl is an Italian company with experience in the production of modular eco-houses and ecological constructions.
Partly, this project is intended to create new jobs and strengthen the economic development of the region.
The opening of modular eco-house production in the Rivne region has the potential to:
- attract foreign investments and technologies;
- strengthen the industrial sector of the region;
- create jobs in local communities;
- promote the development of ecological and energy-efficient construction solutions.
The new stage will include:
- clarification of the exact construction site and land issue;
- preparation of infrastructure (logistics, energy supply, personnel);
- launch of the modular eco-house production line;
- formation of cooperation with local suppliers and human resources.
At the moment, the following have not been disclosed: the exact timing of the production launch; the volume of investments or the number of planned jobs; the detailed specifications of the modular eco-houses (area, materials, price range).
