According to the Resonance International Agency, Kyiv has been awarded a separate honorary title of the best city in the world in 2023.
The historic Ukrainian capital is the urban beacon of courage and resilience leading a defiant nation against a murderous aggressor. It is, like the rest of Ukraine, a place of inexhaustible courage in the face of daily tragedy.

At the same time, London (Great Britain) is officially in first place in the ranking, followed by Paris (France), New York (USA), Tokyo (Japan), and Dubai (UAE) close the top five.
In total, the ranking includes cities with a population of more than a million.
As Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko noted, experts also noted the significant development of the city's infrastructure over the past 10 years - the creation of new parks and squares and the improvement of old ones, putting things in order with parking, updating the rolling stock of municipal transport.
