A new industrial park, Technology and Business, will be established in the Novoyavorivsk territorial community in Lviv region. The decision to include this park in the Register of Industrial Parks was made by the government on August 20.
"The emergence of new industrial parks provides the population with jobs and increases the production of Ukrainian goods. The 'Technology and Business' park in Lviv Oblast will create up to 450 jobs in the manufacturing sector. This includes the production of high-value-added goods such as computers, electronic and optical products, and electrical equipment. The development of industrial parks is a component of the 'Made in Ukraine' economic policy, aimed at advancing Ukrainian manufacturers," said Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
With this addition, Ukraine now has 91 registered industrial parks. This is the 23rd park added to the Register in 2024.
The Technology and Business industrial park was initiated by the Novoyavorivsk City Council. The development of the park is expected to attract UAH 210.5 million in investments from participating investors, and UAH 1.4 million will be allocated from the local budget for park infrastructure.
Registration in the industrial park registry grants access to state incentives, for which UAH 1 billion is allocated in the 2024 budget. These incentives include compensation for infrastructure construction costs, connection to electrical networks, as well as tax and customs benefits.
