On March 2, the frontman of the band Massive Attack Robert Del Naja released a remix of the well-known song of the Ocean Elsy" band - "Obiymy (Hugs)".
The new track is called "Legacy of War Mix" and has a more electronic sound.
The creation of the remix was implemented with the fundraising platform UNITED24, the international Legacy Of War Foundation.
- Back in March 2022, Del Naja shared on his Instagram a photo with Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, the leader of the band Ocean Elsy, and the caption "Solidarity and love for our brother and musician", and also published a link to a fund that helps Ukrainian refugees and families pits in Ukraine that need urgent help.
- And in May, the band "Massive Attack" held a charity concert in Bristol, the poster for which was drawn by Del Naja himself. Money from ticket sales went to the War Child fund.
- On February 23, Del Naja published several photos from Kyiv and Lviv. Later he visited Bucha, Borodyanka, and Hostomel.
