"Mikhail Nenashev" returned to occupied Sevastopol, where he loaded up at the Avlita grain terminal. After leaving the occupied Crimea, the violator turned on the AIS, where he showed the port of destination Iskenderun (Turkey). For the second time, "Mikhail Nenashev" goes with grain from Sevastopol to Turkey, in April, SeaKrime journalists recorded the shipment Sevastopol-Deringje.

The violator "Mikhail Nenashev" (IMO: 9515539, MMSI: 273292290, Call sign: UBYW5, Flag: Russia [RU]) came to the Black Sea on May 21, 2022 after an unsuccessful attempt to deliver a consignment of 27,000 tons of wheat to Egypt. After the Egyptian side refused to accept this grain, the ship unloaded with the AIS off, probably in Syria, the port of Latakia. The investigation into this flight is presented in the material of SeaKrime journalists:

On the night of May 22-23, Mikhail Nenashev entered Sevastopol Bay and moored near the grain terminal of the Avlita stevedoring company (registered as Aval in Russian registers).

On May 24, 2022, the ship was loading near the berth, as seen in the photo.

This is not the first flight of Mikhail Nenashev to a Turkish port; in April, 27,500,000 tons of wheat were delivered from occupied Sevastopol to the port of Derinje in the Marmara Sea.

In addition, the Syrian ship FINIKIA (IMO: 9385233) is currently unloading grain from occupied Sevastopol in the port of Iskenderun.

And the ships "Nadezhda", "Vera" and "Sormovsky-48" regularly deliver grain from Kerch and Sevastopol to the Turkish port of Samsun.

Thus, an attempt is being made to deliver grain from occupied Sevastopol to the Turkish port of Iskenderun. Again, this is done by a ship owned by Crane Marine Contractor, part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation.

The cargo on the ship "Mykhail Nenashev" is smuggled, as its movement across the State Border of Ukraine in the port of Sevastopol is not registered following the law by the border and customs services of Ukraine.

The Republic of Turkey has committed mass violations of its own Circular â„–635 / 2017 of the Chamber of Navigation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which prohibits maritime trade with the occupied Crimea.
