Thanks to the support of the European Project EU4PFM, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine can use the IBFD (International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation) information platform, which contains the most up-to-date information on:

  • bilateral and multilateral tax agreements;
  • national tax legislation of the countries of the world and international taxation rules;
  • judicial practice on international taxation.

Access to the IBFD information platform creates prerequisites for strengthening the administrative potential of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine during the preparation of changes to the tax legislation of Ukraine and its harmonization with EU and OECD standards/recommendations.

Established in 1938, the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), has steadily grown into the world’s foremost authority on international taxation. IBFD is the pre-eminent, independent (non-profit) foundation that tax practitioners from all over the world rely on for high-quality independent tax knowledge and research.

More tools for obtaining high-quality information create additional opportunities on the way to victory.
