The Ministry of Development team will present more than 530 investment projects from communities and regions at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 (URC-2026) in Gdańsk.

This was reported by Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksii Kuleba.

“We are presenting to international partners more than 530 investment projects from communities and regions. We are also bringing the first full-scale portfolio of public-private partnership projects in the fields of transport, logistics, housing, and municipal infrastructure,” the statement says.

According to Kuleba, at URC-2026 Ukraine is bringing projects, ready-made solutions, and a clear vision of how reconstruction can become the foundation for long-term development of communities, the economy, and all of Europe. Among the key proposals are projects for the development of logistics corridors, modernization of border infrastructure, development of Solidarity Lanes, concessions and port modernization, reconstruction of international routes, and the implementation of modern cargo control systems, including WIM technology.

Also, new housing projects will also be presented.

The conference will also present the Rebuild Ukraine Intelligence Platform—one of the world’s first comprehensive AI-based reconstruction planning platforms. The system integrates more than 40 databases, international methodologies, and EU directives, and is capable of generating territorial development scenarios in a matter of hours, which previously required years of work by design institutes.

The Ministry of Development expects to sign more than 30 agreements and announcements with partners
