In less than 3 days, fundraisers successfully concluded the fundraising campaign for 5,000 FPV drones for the Ukrainian military.
This initiative was part of the "Operation Unity 2: New Year's Salute" project, a collaborative effort by the charitable foundation "Come Back Alive," UNITED24, and monobank.
Launched on December 13, the fundraiser garnered over UAH 226 million, thanks to the contributions of responsible businesses and the Ukrainian community.
As part of the project, 5,000 FPV drones will be acquired, with 3,000 units equipped with thermal cameras for nighttime use.
The combat drones will be outfitted with standardized munitions of two types, both of Ukrainian production: anti-tank cumulative and shrapnel-fragmentation, designed to target enemy forces.
This will significantly streamline maintenance and preparation for drone deployment, ensuring the safety of military personnel from potential accidents.
Experts from the "Come Back Alive" foundation are already working diligently to expedite the procurement process and deliver the FPV drones to the military as quickly as possible.
