The military-political leadership of the Russian Federation should appear before the Tribunal for the attack on Ukraine and the killing of Ukrainians.
Mykhailo Podolyak, the adviser to the head of the President's Office, noted that Russia does not want to negotiate an end to the war, but is trying to avoid responsibility for the crimes committed against Ukraine.
"Subject Putin needs to get back to reality: Russia single-handedly attacked Ukraine and is killing citizens," Podolyak said in a tweet.
He added that there are no other "countries, motives, geopolitics".
"Second, Russia does not want negotiations, but is trying to avoid responsibility. This is obvious, so we are moving to the Tribunal," Podolyak said.
