In Mykolaiv, a catalog of bus stops, urban furniture, and children's playgrounds will be developed, featuring the logo "Mykolaiv – City on the Waves," as reported by Pragmatika.
The Department of Architecture of the city council has already developed a branded catalog of public transport stops. They also plan to create designs for children's playgrounds and urban furniture, including benches, trash bins, and parklets (extensions of pedestrian zones) for public spaces.
The catalog will include detailed information about the appearance of urban objects and their characteristics, according to Mykolaiv's Chief Architect, Yevhen Polyakov. The replacement of these objects is planned after the end of the war.
The logo "Mykolaiv – City on the Waves" is the city's brand, presented in 2019 on the occasion of the city's 230th anniversary. In December 2020, the city council approved regulations regarding the tourist logo of the city, and later began placing it on new public transport stops, trolleys, and trams.
