The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) has granted permission to Vi.An Holding Limited (based in Limassol, Cyprus), owned by Vitaliy Antonov, to acquire control of Kairos Holding LLC, according to a statement published by the AMCU on Facebook.

OKKO Group’s Corporate Communications Department commented:

“This acquisition decision is a logical continuation of our strategy to develop the agricultural sector and expand our land bank. The interest in Ternopil and Rivne regions—where Kairos Holding's land assets are concentrated—is driven by favorable climatic conditions and higher crop yields compared to other Ukrainian regions.”

The company also reminded that it is completing construction of a grain elevator with a storage capacity of 60,000 tonnes, and is currently building a bioethanol plant expected to begin production in the second half of 2026. The facility will have an annual capacity of 85,000 tonnes of bioethanol, intended for both domestic use and export markets.

Another key element of OKKO’s agricultural portfolio is its partnership with Hadz-Agro, based in Ternopil Oblast, with which the company is jointly developing agricultural production.

Kairos Holding LLC, founded in 2024 in Lviv, specializes in grain, legume, and oilseed production, construction project management, trade brokerage, and wholesale of solid, liquid, and gaseous fuels, among other areas.

According to Opendatabot, in 2024 the company reported ₴1.543 million in revenue and a net loss of ₴1.136 million. Its debt obligations total ₴857.4 million, while assets are valued at ₴856.3 million. The company’s authorized capital is ₴50,000, and it currently employs just one person.

Its beneficiaries are Bohdan Kuspis and Ivan Kotsio, entrepreneurs who own several bread and bakery factories in Lviv and Vinnytsia, along with restaurants and construction firms.

OKKO Group encompasses more than 10 businesses across manufacturing, trade, construction, insurance, and service sectors. Its flagship company, Galnaftogaz, operates one of Ukraine’s largest fuel station networks under the OKKO brand, with nearly 400 stations nationwide.

The founder and ultimate beneficiary of the group is Vitaliy Antonov.
