Investment in Ukraine’s industrial parks (IPs) amounted to UAH 45.18 billion as of the beginning of 2026, which is 48.1% more compared to the beginning of 2024, according to Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysylevskyi.
“There are all grounds to expect that in 2026 the number of factories that have been built or are under construction in industrial parks will exceed 50. As of the beginning of the year, their number was 37,” he said during the “Industrial Evolution: Production Powers the Economy” forum in Bila Tserkva (Kyiv region), while presenting the “Industrial Parks 2026” report.
Kysylevskyi cited data from the report, according to which the total available energy capacity for industrial park residents in Ukraine has now exceeded 300 MW, and the built and renovated industrial space in these parks amounts to 1.2 million square meters.
Overall, industrial parks in Ukraine have created 4,712 jobs. The leaders in this indicator are the “Friendly Windtechnology” IP (922 jobs) and the “Western Ukrainian Industrial Hub” (898 jobs).

In addition, under the state program supporting the development of engineering and transport infrastructure of industrial parks, 56 projects were financed in 2024–2025 for a total of UAH 1.98 billion.
Kysylevskyi reminded that these funds were provided on a co-financing basis of 50/50 (or 20/80 for frontline and de-occupied territories) and were directed toward the construction of electricity, gas, and water supply networks, as well as the reconstruction of access roads and railway tracks.
According to the data presented, state funding was received by 22 industrial parks, which in total committed to building at least 110,000 square meters of industrial space and opening at least 44 new manufacturing enterprises.
“Thus, 1 hryvnia of public investment in industrial infrastructure attracts 5–6 hryvnias of private investment,” the MP concluded.
As reported, the 2026 state budget allocates UAH 1 billion for the development of industrial park infrastructure.
According to the Ministry of Economy, there are currently 120 registered industrial parks in the official registry.
