Blackmail staged a provocation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant - the last argument of Russia, because it has virtually no other arguments left.

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov spoke about this on the air of the FreeDom channel.

According to him, Russia's threats regarding the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant may be Russia's response to the Ukrainian counter-offensive in the south. The expert believes the Russians no longer have the strength to go on the offensive.

“Their offensive has not been successful for the second week already. We are holding the defense. Yes, it is tough for us, we are suffering losses, but we are holding the defense. They cannot fulfill the political task of capturing the Donetsk region,” says Zhdanov.

According to him, the Russians withdrew troops from the Donetsk direction and transferred them to Zaporozhzhia because the occupying troops moved from Zaporizhzhia to the South Bug direction.

"Now they have pulled the troops back. They are looking for any way, despite humanity and common sense, to get a fuse so that Ukraine does not advance," the expert summed up.
