In the early hours of Monday, May 26, the Russian army launched a drone attack on Odessa region, damaging residential buildings and a gas pipeline.
According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES), the attack caused fires and destruction in private households. In Odessa district, a residential building was destroyed over an area of 100 square meters and caught fire.
The roofs of other homes, an outbuilding, two garages, three cars, a fence, and a gas pipeline were also damaged, though the gas line did not ignite. At another site, two garages were destroyed and caught fire, a car was burned, and another house was damaged.
Fortunately, there were no casualties.
