The President of the aggressor country said that people "should not suffer from shelling."

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that the residents of Kherson need to be taken out of the city.

He said that "the civilian population should not suffer from shelling, from offensive, counter-offensive and other measures" during the laying of flowers on Red Square.

"Now those who live in Kherson must be removed from the zone of the most dangerous hostilities," the Russian dictator told reporters.

  • The General Staff reports that now the Russian invaders are forcibly taking people out of settlements in the temporarily occupied territories of the region.
  • Yury Sobolevsky, First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, said that the Russians were spreading fake news that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were supposedly going to destroy the city.
