The State Commission on Environmental Safety, Manmade Disaster and Emergency Response removed Odessa region from “red” zone level of epidemiological danger, during an extraordinary meeting on April 24. It was announced by Oleh Nemchinov, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.


The State Commission has decided to cancel the ‘red’ level of the epidemic danger of the spread of COVID-19 in Odesa region from 12 a.m. on April 25, 2021 and apply restrictive anti-epidemic measures in Odessa region, provided for the ‘yellow’ level of epidemic danger.

The decision to transfer the Odessa region to the yellow epidemic zone is valid since Sunday, April 25.
