In Rome, volunteers will hold a large-scale charity concert in support of Ukraine. The event will take place in the Italian capital on Sunday, June 7, and will be organized by local humanitarian institutions that have been providing assistance in Ukrainian frontline areas since the beginning of the war.

This was reported on Facebook by Oleks Olès Horodetskyi, head of the “Christian Society of Ukrainians” in Italy.

The cultural and humanitarian event will be hosted at the well-known Roman complex Auditorium Parco della Musica (Sala Sinopoli hall). The main organizer is the association La Memoria Viva, which, together with the volunteer movement Liberi, oltre le illusioni and other partners, has already carried out dozens of humanitarian missions directly on the front line in Ukraine.

Horodetskyi called on the Ukrainian community in Rome and surrounding areas to share information as widely as possible and to attend the event in person in order to thank foreign friends for their solidarity.

“I ask everyone to support this event, spread the information as much as possible, and come to the concert. This is the least each of us can do to bring our shared victory closer,” the head of the society emphasized.

The concert will begin at 5:00 p.m. Admission is free for all attendees, but due to limited seating, organizers are requesting mandatory pre-registration. To register, applicants must send a request to the email address [email protected] or contact the phone number +39 334 728 2137.
