The death toll from the Russian strike on two passenger buses in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, has risen to 30, with 20 people injured.
According to the Donetsk Regional Police, the updated casualty figures were announced on Facebook.
"Today, a Russian bomb killed 30 people and injured another 20. Two passenger buses and pedestrians were caught in the strike. Some bodies had to be recovered in fragments and were severely burned. The identification of the victims is ongoing," the police said.

Police officers assisting victims at the scene were also targeted by Russian drones, according to the statement.
Law enforcement officers continue to document the Russian war crime, but their work has repeatedly been interrupted by the threat of further strikes.

On October 8, Russian forces carried out a bomb attack on central Kramatorsk as two passenger buses were travelling along the street.
