On October 24, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs against civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region for the first time since the start of the full-scale invasion.

Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.

“During today’s air attack, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs against civilian infrastructure in our region for the first time,” Kiper wrote.
