The Russain forces attacked energy infrastructure in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and NEC Ukrenergo reported on Monday.

“The most difficult situation is in Dnipropetrovsk region, where more than 60,000 consumers are without power,” the Ministry of Energy stated.

At the same time, in Kharkiv region, about 10,000 subscribers were left without electricity due to the attack. Emergency restoration work is ongoing wherever security conditions allow.

In addition, according to Ukrenergo, as of the morning of November 24, due to severe weather in the form of heavy rain and strong wind gusts, 45 settlements in Lviv region are completely or partially without power.

“Oblenergo crews are already carrying out emergency restoration work. Power for all disconnected consumers is expected to be restored by the end of the day,” the system operator reported.

The company confirmed that on Monday, consumption restrictions were applied across all regions of Ukraine, ranging from 0.5 to 3 rotation stages, compared to 1–2.5 stages on Sunday, November 23. In addition, all regions currently operate schedules for power restrictions for industrial consumers at the maximum level.

Electricity consumption is showing an upward trend. As of 09:30 on November 24, it was 13.3% higher than at the same time on the previous working day (Friday). The reason is the application of a smaller volume of consumption restriction measures compared to the end of last week.
