Two weeks ago, the Museum of Modern Art of Odessa team and the Charity Foundation "Miloserdie Victor" launched a new area of activity - assistance to artists, curators, and cultural workers in any field of contemporary/modern art from the affected regions of Ukraine.

So far, 32 artists have already received financial assistance. The team wants to continue its activities and support the artistic community during the full-scale Russian military invasion of Ukraine.

Their resources are limited, so the team look forward to your help. Get involved if you support this activity and want to contribute to this cause!

Types of assistance:

  • Relocation - assistance with moving from the combat zone to a safe place to ensure a basic standard of living and security;
  • Residence - search for art residences in EU and in Ukraine in order to continue professional activities in safe conditions;
  • Financial - one-time financial assistance to provide basic necessities of life, travel to a safe place or shelter;
  • Consultation - informational support to resolve urgent issues and, if necessary, further support.

The “Miloserdie Victor” foundation was founded in 2005. Named after Victor Morokhovsky (1946-1999), the founder of intellectual games in Odessa and Captain "What? Where? When?"
