The CEO of the transportation solutions provider Scania Ukraine, Håkan Jude, has been elected President of the European Business Association (EBA) for 2026–2027, the organization’s press service reported.

“We are pleased to announce that Håkan Jyde, CEO of Scania Ukraine, has been elected as the new President of the European Business Association. He will hold this position in 2026–2027. We sincerely congratulate Håkan Jyde and Scania Ukraine on this appointment!,” the statement said.

The EBA added that the CEO of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, Mauro Longobardo, and the Head of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) representative office in Ukraine, Olena Voloshyna, will remain vice presidents of the association.

According to the organization, the EBA president is elected by a vote of the board members.

At the end of November, the EBA replaced two of its 15 board members. The current board includes: managing partner of Arzinger, Markiyan Malskyi; CEO and CFO of Bayer, Oliver Geerlichs; Dragon Capital founder, Tomas Fiala; head of Google Ukraine, Tetiana Lukinyuk; general director of JTI Ukraine, Svitlana Sharamok; CEO of Raiffeisen Bank, Oleksandr Pysaruk.

Additionally, the 2026 EBA board members will include Scania Ukraine CEO Håkan Jude, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih CEO Mauro Longobardo, Head of IFC Ukraine Olena Voloshyna, Managing Director of SAP Ukraine Hanna Mikulytska, SoftServe co-founder Taras Kytsmey, CEO of Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine Olena Vdovychenko, CEO of Kyivstar Oleksandr Komarov, CEO of Nestlé in Ukraine and Southeast Europe, and CEO of Siemens Ukraine Alessandro Zanelli.
