This was reported by the Telegram channel of Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleg Kiper.

According to Kiper, the Russians targeted port and border infrastructure.

"Two men, truck drivers, were injured. One of them is a Turkish citizen. Currently, the injured are in moderate condition in the hospital, where they are receiving all necessary medical assistance," Kiper added.
