The supermarket chain Silpo and the esports club NaVi (Natus Vincere) have opened a 1,660 m² design store in Lviv's Vertical shopping mall, according to a press release from Silpo.

The concept of the new store immerses visitors in the history of cyberculture, from the first computers to modern cybercore, as shared by the team.

  • The sign is made from computer keyboard keys, and the checkout areas are designed to resemble microchips, featuring a special checkout labeled Error 404.
  • Columns in the store display programming code from the Silpo website, and the beverage area is styled like a server room.
  • A notable detail is the stylized Windows image Silpo 98, representing the year the store chain was founded.

“Lviv is considered the unofficial capital of the Ukrainian IT community. So, when we were working on the elements of the cyberculture 'Silpo,' we dreamed of collaborating with NaVi,” said Kateryna Ohuryayeva, the marketing director of the Silpo chain.

The store includes a dedicated area for esports and the NaVi club, where the club's best moments are broadcast on LED screens.

Customers can purchase delicacies from over 80 countries and craft products from Ukrainian farmers at the Traditions Market. Fresh baked goods will be prepared daily, and the store will also offer smoked fish and various dishes.

In case of power outages, Silpo will operate as a "point of resilience," providing Wi-Fi and charging stations for devices.
