On September 26, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., a charity evening will be held in Paris, organized by Solomiya Begun, president of l`Association Paris-Ukraine Ile de France. The event's main goal is to raise funds for the affected population of the Kyiv region, who lost their homes due to Russian aggression.
Solomiya Begun is a journalist and brand ambassador of Château de la Mothe-Chandeniers (France, Loire Valley). She heads the branch of the European historical real estate agency VIP CASTLE in Ukraine, a team member of the first project in the world to revive castles and transform them into unique objects of international Castles Ambassadors (WCA), an expert on Michelin restaurants and founder of The World in My Lens, Solomiya has visited 46 countries, has extensive travel experience and is currently doing it professionally.
On September 26, Solomiya Begun organizes a charity evening in Paris dedicated to Ukraine. The purpose of the event is to focus attention on the war unleashed by Russia in Ukraine and to raise funds for the affected population who lost their homes as a result of Russian aggression in the city of Borodyanka and the village of Moshchun, Bucha district, as well as the promotion of Ukrainian cuisine in the world - to once again draw attention to our country.
Solomiya makes all her presentations, even dedicated to the cities of Ukraine that suffered in the war, thinking about every detail. Among the guests of the event will be ambassadors, ministers, famous artists, businessmen, and politicians, including - Gérard Larcher - head of the French Senate; Sébastien Lecornu (Sébastien Lecornu) â Minister of the Armed Forces of France; Florence Parly - Minister of Defense of France; mayors.
The program of the evening will include a dinner, an auction, a show of a collection by a Ukrainian designer, a concert by Ukrainian composer and pianist Yevhen Khmara and Ukrainian singer Victoria Bulyeva (Victory Ann); an exhibition of authentic vintage Ukrainian clothing from a private collection; exhibition of contemporary artist Oleksandra Fedoruk; exhibition of the famous artist Marcos Marin (Marcos Marin) from Monaco.
By the way, the best Ukrainian chefs will prepare Ukrainian dishes from unique ingredients according to ancient recipes for dinner: Yevhen Korolev (president of Bocuse d`Or Ukraine), Ihor Lavreshyn, Vitaly Guralevich, Vyacheslav Popkov.
The food pairing will be complemented by the wines of the famous Ukrainian winery SHABO, as well as one of the French producers.
The SHABO winery was also a nominee of the Wine Travel Awards and became the leader of the public vote in the nomination The Visiting Card of the Country in the Must visit category. At the First Wine Travel Awards 2021-2022 held at the London Wine Fair, SHABO presented its wines at a wine tasting for members of the WTA community. "During its 17-year history, the brand managed to radically change the attitude of Ukrainians themselves and the world community to Ukrainian wines," Nataliya Blagopoluchna, president of the All-Ukrainian Association of Winemakers and Sommeliers, founder of the First Master Class Sommelier School in Ukraine, says about SHABO the winner of the first year of the award in the Education in Enotourism nomination in the Unique program category.
