All services are already on site providing assistance - rescuing people and extinguishing the fire, which has completely engulfed the 10,000 square meter building. Casualties and injuries have been reported," the National Police stated.
According to Klymenko, as of 17:25, there are reports of 2 dead and 24 injured.
