Founder and CEO of TAF Drones, Oleksandr Yakovenko, shared that the team is currently planning the release of a digital remote-controlled drone with automatic target acquisition at 400 meters and an aircraft-type reconnaissance relay UAV.
“This will allow for more effective enemy destruction without significantly increasing the cost of the UAV. We are also in the final stage of obtaining permits for the import, storage, and sale of explosives, which will enable our products to be equipped with warheads,” he explained.
Currently, the specialist is working on three initiatives for creating drones to destroy the enemy. He shared the progress:
BraveTech: Import of over 120,000 sets of FPV drone parts, orders available within two weeks, the possibility of a month’s payment delay, technical and documentary support, fixing errors, and meeting market needs.
TAF Drones: 300 colleagues assembled 40,000 drones in June and invested in the industry's development, including the creation of EW and reconnaissance aircraft.
RnD: Developed a guidance system costing up to $100, created and certified a reliable and affordable initiation board, conducted successful tests of our EW system with partners, in the final stages of developing a digital communication datalink, testing remote drone control, created multi-band communication, and testing solid-fuel booster engines.
“However, this is not enough. We need to move faster because every lost day means lost lives of our defenders,” noted Oleksandr.
He is looking to add to the team:
- Engineers for the R&D department
- Engineers for the engineering and technical department
- Assembly engineers for production (Kyiv / Odessa / Khmelnytskyi)
- Explosive specialists for the development and production of UAV munitions
