Recall that the Asian security summit Shangri La Dialogue is held June 10-12 in Singapore. Russia's invasion of Ukraine was one of the central issues at the event.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke at the meeting in a virtual format, but the Ukrainian delegation is present at the summit, while the Russians were not.
China decided to take a neutral position on the Russian war against Ukraine. On April 30, Ukraine offered China to become one of the guarantors of the country's security.
