In Vinnytsia, the "dry port," which cost $15 million to build, has received its first shipments. The Vinnytsia City Mayor Serhiy Morgunov reported this.

The container terminal, built by the Lemtrans group (part of Rinat Akhmetov's SCM), will serve as an alternative to the major Odessa ports, offering a comprehensive range of services for cargo owners.

According to the mayor, this dry port will ensure rapid delivery, handling, and dispatch of goods to various destinations.

The facility includes railway infrastructure, a container yard, storage rooms, and a weighing system.
