The first foreign rescue teams arrived in Ukraine

On April 18, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi met with foreign rescuers who arrived in Borodyanka.

11 professional rescuers from the USA, Australia and Germany expressed a desire to come to Ukraine, volunteer and help Ukrainian rescuers. Another Polish representative will join the team soon.

Now they will work in the village of Borodyanka, Kyiv region, and now they will be involved in dismantling blockages and unblocking buildings.

"All forces have been accumulated to make the previously occupied territories fit and safe for life as quickly as possible. We have a lot of work to do, and this help is significant for us," said Denis Monastyrsky.

The Minister stressed that this is extremely important support for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. He thanked the foreign rescuers for their courage and desire to help Ukraine.
